- Program management for reorganization of InteractiveMedia CCSP (agile transformation across sales/customer service, operations, and IT)
- Sell-side due diligence support for carve-out and asset sale process of Musicload and Gamesload
Results
- Acquisition of InteractiveMedia CCSP by Ströer SE & Co. KGaA
- Sale of Musicload and Gamesload assets to a Swiss media company
