Lead strategy and transformation projects in the Digital Media division at Deutsche Telekom AG headquarters. Unit comprising Germany’s largest web portal T-Online, leading digital advertising sales agency InteractiveMedia and digital music, games, video and publishing businesses.

Approach

  • Program management for reorganization of InteractiveMedia CCSP (agile transformation across sales/customer service, operations, and IT)
  • Sell-side due diligence support for carve-out and asset sale process of Musicload and Gamesload

Results

  • Acquisition of InteractiveMedia CCSP by Ströer SE & Co. KGaA
  • Sale of Musicload and Gamesload assets to a Swiss media company
