Interim Lead of the internal unit for digital platforms, products and processes at a Swiss software & cloud solutions provider. Reorganization of the department and transformation into an agile target operating model. Development of the medium-term digitalization strategy in collaboration with the CIO.
Approach
- Reorganization of unit into cross-functional teams, clearly allocated to functional business domains (agile release trains)
- Definition of roles, responsibilities and processes
- Transfer of 20 employees to the CIO organization (staffing, change management)
- Management of agile development process (Scaled Agile Framework)
Development of overarching digitalization strategy
