Mission
Lead the post-merger integration of subsidiaries in 13 countries following the takeover of a German software & cloud solutions provider by the Swiss global market leader. Markets: Central and Eastern Europe, Spain, Mexico, 250 employees in project organization. Scope: legal and operational integration, ERP system migration, CRM system implementation.
Approach
- Development of the overarching integration strategy
- Definition of project governance
- Analysis of local requirements and derivation of project planning
- Program management to lead the integration work streams (IT, Operations, Legal, Finance, HR, Services) at HQ and local level
- Resource planning and project controlling
- Stakeholder management and internal communication
Results
- Legal mergers, liquidations, name changes of the subsidiaries
- Migration of customer, transaction, product and financial data to a new ERP system
- Harmonization and optimization of operational processes in the local subsidiaries
- Standardized IT/workplace infrastructure for all employees
- Complete operational transfer of employees from target entity to acquiring organization
