Mission

Lead the post-merger integration of subsidiaries in 13 countries following the takeover of a German software & cloud solutions provider by the Swiss global market leader. Markets: Central and Eastern Europe, Spain, Mexico, 250 employees in project organization. Scope: legal and operational integration, ERP system migration, CRM system implementation.

Approach

  • Development of the overarching integration strategy
  • Definition of project governance
  • Analysis of local requirements and derivation of project planning
  • Program management to lead the integration work streams (IT, Operations, Legal, Finance, HR, Services) at HQ and local level
  • Resource planning and project controlling
  • Stakeholder management and internal communication

Results

  • Legal mergers, liquidations, name changes of the subsidiaries
  • Migration of customer, transaction, product and financial data to a new ERP system
  • Harmonization and optimization of operational processes in the local subsidiaries
  • Standardized IT/workplace infrastructure for all employees
  • Complete operational transfer of employees from target entity to acquiring organization
