Define and implement the overarching QA strategy in agile software development for the global e-commerce platforms of a leading German car manufacturer in the premium segment.
Approach
- Analysis of the current QA processes
- Definition of the QA target approach with regard to optimized processes, roles/responsibilities and tools
- Introduction of standardized test scenarios
- Setup of the test automation framework and implementation of automated testing
- Pilot and rollout of approach to all software development and market teams in the organization
- Agile project management (Scaled Agile Framework)
